Pazı Sarması Tarifi İçin Malzemeler
- 2 demet pazı
- 1 su bardağı ince bulgur
- 1 su bardağı sıcak su
- Yarım demet taze nane
- 2 soğan
- 6 çorba kaşığı süzme yoğurt
- 1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı
- 1 çay kaşığı toz kırmızı biber
- Tuz
- Karabiber
Pazı Sarması Nasıl Yapılır
- Bulguru temizleyin. Üzerine sıcak suyu gezdirip kabarıncaya kadar bekletin. Soğanları temizleyip küp şeklinde doğrayın.
- Naneyi temizleyip kıyın. Bulgur, soğan, nane, süzme yoğurt, tuz, karabiber ve kırmızıbiberi bir kaba alıp karıştırın.
- Pazıları sıcak suda çok az haşlayıp süzgece alın. Damarlı kısımlarını keserek temizleyin. Hazırladığınız bulgurlu iç malzemesinden ortalarına paylaştırıp sarın.
- Tencereye 2-3 çorba kaşığı zeytinyağı ekleyip dibine 2 kat pazı yaprağı döşeyin.
- Üzerine sarmaları yerleştirip kalan zeytinyağını gezdirin. Kısık ateşte tencerenin kapağı kapalı olarak 15 dakika pişirin. Sıcak olarak servis yapın.
